Power to the people! lol. The top two most powerful celebrities  according to Forbes magazine are two beautiful black women, Oprah Winfrey and Beyonce. Today they released their list of the 100 most powerful people, here's who made the top 20.

congrats to Oprah for reclaiming the #1 spot. Last year she fell to #2.
