In addition to the hit tv show "The Game", BET Networks has reportedly connect with 'Girlfriends' star Tracee Ellis Ross to not only produce but star in a new comedy pilot called "Reed Between The Lines." In the show, Ross will play Dr. Clara Reed who is a psychiatrist, wife and mom struggling with her job and a happy but chaotic homelife. Production on this show begins August 11th. No set air date has been announced.
If thats not enough, another scripted show produced by Queen Latifah called "Let's Stay Together," is also set to air on the network.
I guess after all of the criticism BET has been getting, someone in the development office got the hint!
I am actually looking forward to these shows!
