NAACP Image Awards: A Fabulous Night for Black Folk! lol

Well, last night was the 41st Annual NAACP Image Awards in California. Even though I missed about An hour of it, I saw enough to know that it was a night filled with fabulous minorities and well deserved awards.
Below are some red carpet and event pics from last night's show. I am pleased to say that everyone looked FAB!!

MY FAVORITE LOOK OF THE NIGHT: MY SISTER FROM ANOTHER MR. - - KERI HILSON!! FAB-UUUU-LOUS!! FROM HEAD TO TOE HER LOOK IS FLAWLESS!!

KUDOS to my twin Gabrielle Union! Lovin' the new hair. . . loving it to the point where I'm considering getting it!! - -HEY GABBY!! How much per pack?!?!

Ashley Banks is all grown up and loookig fab! Tatyana Ali definitely looked great!

Disney's first African-American princess looked Amazing last night! Anika Noni Rose definitely served!! I hope all aspiring actresses/singers at FAMU are taking notes. . .this is how you SERVE! Very Classy!

Lincoln Heights actress Erica Hubbard looked great as well. . . even though she was too short for this dress! lol. . .still very well put together though. 

YAY!! My sis won award!! - -FINALLY!

*sigh* - - - Fabulous Anika again. . .loves it!!

Rudy Huckstable is fierce!! Definitely a good choice for Keshia Knight-Pulliam

Jamie Foxx and Chris Rock were looking great in their black tuxes!

Congrats to the cast of "Precious" they took home quite a few awards!!

A few side notes about these guys:

1) Monique won an award for best supporting role and in her speech referred to her husband as her angel and as the camera panned over to him. . .he was crying. . .aww!

2)Gabby won for her role as Precious and gave a great speech with mixed emotions - - from super excited when she heard her name, to fierce vixen when she served the stage, to silly when she spanked the announcer's booty, to tears of joy when she cried through her speech!! i <3 her! 

3) Lee Daniels . . SMH. . this guy. . . soo, when "Precious" won for Best Motion Picture he wanted to give the worlds longest acceptance speech. As the music started to play ( a cue to shut the hell up) he said no, he wasn't finished! He kept going and was just being ignorant - - and the end of the day. . . HE got cut off ! TOOOO FUNNYY!!

Paula Patton is the sexiest preggo ever!! Still serving it and looking classy. I cant wait to see what her baby will look like!
